Check-in Saturday

Check-in is Saturday 4:00 PM ( 16:00 hrs). Check-out is Saturday 10:00 AM ( 10:00 hrs).

Deposit

$300 deposit is needed to confirm reservation. Deposit refunded for cancellation 90-days prior to arrival, less $30 cancellation fee. There is a $50 non-refundable damage waiver fee.

Key Pick-up

Key pick-up and management conveniently located on Sanibel Island.

Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees are complimentary with all 7 night rentals. A cleaning charge will apply for stays less than 7 nights.

No Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home. Sorry, no pets.
